Shipping Rates & Additional Information
Domestic (USA)
We will ship all items by insured UPS. The ship time from Oklahoma can range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select is always available at your request.
Our shipping rates are very, very reasonable. The shipping rate will be based on the lowest UPS rates. To calculate the exact amount we must know the exact weight and shipping location, including zip code. Companies that quote an up front shipping rate are always padding the cost for their own protection. We prefer to charge the lowest rates which can only be calculated after the order is processed.
The vast majority of packages that we ship range between $8 - $12. Some exceptions would be Air Packages, larger or heavier packages. Also please note if you are paying by COD UPS charges an extra $9.00 fee for the handling the transaction. Cashier's Check and Money Order are the only payments for COD.
International (Worldwide)
We are happy to ship any of our products worldwide. However, please realize some of our products, such as T-Shirts, Luggage and Displays can be cost prohibitive due to the weight and size factors.
Our standard method of International shipping is through the Postal Service. It is by far the most economical method. We generally ship Global Priority Mail which gives us an approximate delivery time and a tracking number. However, the drawback is that the tracking number is only good up to customs of the receiving country. The delivery time is also approximate to delivery at customs. Actual delivery time depends on each country’s customs and postal service policies. We have found in our experience that actual delivery can be anywhere from days to several weeks.
Please be aware that after the package leaves our office we have no control over the delivery time and have no way of tracking the package down once it is in your country. The responsibility for retrieving your package is up to you and your postal service. Because of many circumstances beyond our control after a package leaves our office, lost packages are not our responsibility.
We can also ship internationally using UPS. The benefit to shipping UPS is that there is a tracking capability once the package clears customs and timely delivery is guaranteed. However, the cost of shipping is generally 2-3 times higher than that of the postal service. As with domestic we need to know the exact weight and shipping location, including mail code.
